We’re excited to have you here! If your welcome discount code isn’t applying at checkout, there are a few key things to check before completing your order.
✅ Quick Checklist
Please confirm the following before using your welcome offer:
- You are a first-time customer
- Your cart subtotal is $45 or more in eligible products (before tax and shipping)
- You are not combining the code with any other offers
- You haven’t already used this code
- You're shopping on the correct Morphe site for your region
💡 Tip: You can have New Arrivals in your cart, but they will not receive a discount, and they do not count toward the $45 minimum.
🚫 New Arrival Products That Are Not Eligible for Discounts
The following items are excluded from all promotions, including the welcome discount, and will not count toward the $45 minimum:
- Bundles
- eGift Cards

🌍 Shopping Outside the US?
- If your code does not start with “FT20OFF-”, it cannot be used on the US site (www.morphe.com)
