Mystery Boxes are pre-assorted, so we’re unable to accommodate requests for specific items, shades, or product types.
Can I use a promo code or discount?
Mystery Boxes are already priced as a special offer and cannot be combined with promo codes or additional discounts.
How many items will I receive?
Each Mystery Box includes 4–6 items, depending on the box and assortment available at the time your order is packed.
Are the products full size?
Most items are full size, with the possibility that some boxes may include deluxe or travel-sized items.
Will it arrive in the box shown in the images?
The box shown in promotional images is for display purposes only. Your order may ship in different packaging based on item size and to ensure safe delivery.
If I order two boxes, will they be different?

Will there be restocks?

- $75 Mystery Box: Ships via ground shipping only and cannot be shipped using express or expedited services.
Where can the $75 Mystery Box be shipped?
Due to shipping restrictions, the $75 Mystery Box may only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States.
It cannot be shipped to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
- International addresses

What if I selected express shipping for the $75 Mystery Box?
If an express shipping option is selected at checkout for the $75 Mystery Box, the order will still ship via ground delivery. Any express shipping charges will be refunded once the order ships.
