I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address. What can I do?Updated 7 months ago

We understand that mistakes happen, and we're here to help! Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address. However, here are a few steps you can take:


1. Track Your Order:

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package's status. This will help you stay updated on when and where your order is being delivered.


2. Contact the Shipping Carrier:

Once your order has shipped, the best way to resolve a shipping address issue is to reach out directly to the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). They may be able to assist you by:


  • Redirecting your package to the correct address
  • Holding the package for pickup at a local facility


You can find the contact information for the shipping carrier in your tracking details or on their website.


3. Check the Delivery Location:

If the wrong address is nearby, you may want to visit the delivery location. Sometimes, neighbors or businesses may hold onto the package if they realize it was sent to the wrong address.


4. Sign up for UPS My Choice or Informed Delivery by USPS*:

  • If your package is being shipped via UPS, consider signing up for UPS My Choice. This service allows you to manage your deliveries more effectively, including the ability to redirect your package to a different address or hold it for pickup. You can sign up on the UPS website for free and gain additional control over your shipments.
  • If your package is being shipped via USPS, you can sign up for Informed Delivery by USPS. This free service allows you to preview your mail each morning, see images of letter-sized mail, and track packages in one place. 5. Contact Morphe Customer Support:

If your package cannot be recovered, please reach out to our customer support team. While we cannot guarantee a solution for orders shipped to the wrong address, we will do our best to assist you in finding a resolution.
