We understand that mistakes happen and plans can change! If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 minutes of placing your order during our regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST). We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note:
- We’re unable to modify items or quantities once an order is placed. If changes are needed, the order must be cancelled in full, and a new one can be placed.
- Once an order has shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Our Customer Service team is not available on weekends, so any requests submitted outside business hours will be addressed in the order they’re received once we reopen.
