If you’ve shared your Morphe Artistry Collective affiliate link but the 20% discount isn’t appearing at checkout, here are the most common reasons why — and what to check.

How the Affiliate Discount Works

When a customer shops using your Artistry Collective affiliate link:

• The 20% discount is applied automatically at checkout
• No promo code needs to be entered manually
• The order must meet the minimum purchase threshold for the discount to activate

If the order does not meet the minimum threshold, the affiliate discount will not appear.

Minimum Order Requirement

To receive the 20% affiliate discount, the order must meet a minimum subtotal of $45 (before taxes and shipping).

If the cart total is below $45, the discount will not be triggered.

Only One Promotion Can Apply

Please keep in mind:

• Only one promo code or discount can be applied per order
• Other site promotions or discounts may override the affiliate discount
• If another promotion is applied, the affiliate discount may not appear

Removing other promo codes or offers may allow the affiliate discount to apply correctly.

How to Test Your Affiliate Link

To confirm your link is working:

1. Open your affiliate link in an incognito or private browsing window
2. Add eligible items totaling $45 or more
3. Proceed to checkout to confirm the 20% discount appears
