Not seeing tasks in your Morphe Artistry Collective dashboard can be confusing. Below is an overview of why this may happen, what’s normal, and what to expect.
Why Tasks May Temporarily Disappear
Tasks may not appear in your dashboard for several reasons, including:
- You have recent task submissions under review
- You’ve completed all currently available tasks for your tier
- A repeatable task is not yet available again
- A promotion, campaign, or challenge has ended or expired
Task availability updates automatically based on these factors.
How Task Reviews Work
After you submit a task, it enters an internal review process. During this time:
- The task may appear as pending
- New tasks may not show immediately in your dashboard
- Points may take additional time to reflect after approval
This is part of the normal moderation process and does not usually require any action.
How Long Can Task Reviews Take?
Task reviews are not instant, and timing can vary depending on submission volume and campaign activity. In some cases, reviews may take up to 7 business days to complete.
If your task remains pending beyond this timeframe, we recommend contacting Support through your Morphe Artistry Collective dashboard so our team can take a closer look.
What Are Repeatable Tasks?
Some tasks are marked as repeatable, meaning they can be completed more than once.
- Repeatable tasks become available again after the time period listed in the task
- The reset timing can be found directly in the task description
- Once that period has passed, the task will automatically reappear in your dashboard
There is nothing you need to do while waiting for a repeatable task to refresh.
Can Support Assign Me More Tasks?
Tasks are added, refreshed, and removed automatically based on eligibility and campaign availability.
Support teams are unable to manually assign, unlock, or add tasks to individual accounts. Participation in any task is always optional.
Can I Still Earn Points If Tasks Aren’t Available?
Yes. Even if tasks are temporarily unavailable, you can continue to earn points through other program activities, including:
- Affiliate sales
- Referrals
- Future campaigns and challenges
There are multiple ways to continue progressing within the program.
Important Things to Know
- Tasks can be completed in any order
- Tasks may expire once a promotion has ended
- Not all members will see the same tasks at the same time
- Task visibility can vary by tier and campaign timing
