Where is my birthday reward?Updated 7 months ago

To qualify for a birthday reward, you must be an active loyalty program member and have signed up and activated your account on or before the 1st of your birthday month. If you joined after the 1st, you will be eligible to receive your birthday reward the following year.

If you met the requirements and still haven't received your birthday reward, please ensure that your birthday is correctly updated in your account profile. You can also check your email (including your spam or promotions folder) for any communications regarding your birthday reward.
