What should I do if my package is marked as "Return to Sender"?Updated 18 hours ago

If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as Return to Sender, this usually means the carrier was unable to deliver your order. Common reasons include:

•    An incomplete or incorrect shipping address

•    The package was refused at delivery

•    The carrier was unable to access your location 


If this has happened, contact our Customer Support Team right away! Please provide your order number so we can assist you quickly. Once we have your information, we can help:

•    Expedite a refund back to your original payment method, or

•    Assist you with placing a complimentary replacement order, simply provide your order number and the correct shipping address so we can get it sent to you


Important Note: Refunds are processed only once the package has been confirmed as returned to sender. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
