If you need to update or correct information associated with your Morphe Artistry Collective account, the process depends on the type of update.
Some information cannot be edited directly and requires assistance from our Support team.

Incorrect Email on an Application

If your Artistry Collective application was submitted with an incorrect email address, the email cannot be edited on an existing application.

To proceed:

• Our team will need to reject the original application
• You’ll then be able to reapply using the correct email address

To get started, please contact Support and let us know:

• Your Artistry Collective application was submitted with the wrong email
• You’re unable to verify or access your application

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once the original application has been rejected:

1. Return to the Morphe Artistry Collective application page
2. Submit a new application using your correct email address
3. Complete the verification process

What Does “Pending Verification” Mean?

If your application shows Pending Verification, it means it has not yet been accepted into the program. All applications are reviewed before approval.

Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming your enrollment in the Morphe Artistry Collective.

Updating Your Shipping Address

Shipping addresses associated with Artistry Collective accounts cannot be updated directly by creators.

If you need to update or correct your shipping address:

• Please contact Support through your Artistry Collective dashboard
• Our team will review your account and provide assistance, including a special update link when available

Allow time for updates to be processed once submitted.

Updating Your Instagram or TikTok Handle

If your Instagram or TikTok username has changed, or the wrong handle is linked to your account:

• This information cannot be edited directly
• You must contact Support so we can update it for you

This helps ensure tasks, submissions, and rewards are properly tracked.

Updating Your Birthday

Birthday information is not editable directly within your Artistry Collective account.

If you need to add or correct your birthday:

• Please contact Support
• Our team will review your account and assist with the update
