Using Package Forwarding Services
Some customers choose to use package forwarding or third‑party delivery services to receive their orders. While this option may be convenient, it’s important to understand how delivery responsibility works.
When Delivery Is Considered Complete
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout—including delivery to a forwarding service, agent, or third‑party facility—the shipment is considered complete on Morphe’s end.
What the Forwarding Service Is Responsible For
After delivery to the forwarding provider, responsibility transfers to that service. This includes:
- Final delivery to your intended address
- Handling, storage, and transfer of your package
- Any issues that occur after the initial delivery
Limitations on Morphe Support
Because forwarding services operate independently, Morphe is unable to:
- Modify delivery instructions after handoff
- Guarantee final delivery once received by the forwarding provider
- Offer replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to a forwarding service
If You Experience an Issue
If you experience any issues after delivery to a forwarding provider, we recommend contacting the forwarding service directly for assistance.
Important Information
- Tracking updates such as “delivered to agent” or “delivered to returns center” indicate successful delivery to the forwarding service
- Use of a forwarding service may introduce additional risks that are outside of Morphe’s control
For the most reliable delivery experience, we recommend shipping directly to your final delivery address whenever possible.
