How Artistry Collective Vouchers Work
Artistry Collective vouchers are rewards that can be used toward the product value of your order on Morphe.com.
Please note:
- Vouchers apply to products only
- Vouchers do not cover shipping or taxes
- Only one voucher or discount code can be used per order
- Vouchers are typically one‑time use
You can view available vouchers at any time by logging into your Artistry Collective account and visiting the Rewards tab.
Why Does My Voucher Look Different Than Expected?
Voucher values and types depend on the reward that is currently unlocked on your account.
You may see:
- Dollar‑amount product vouchers
- Percentage‑based discounts
Some rewards shown elsewhere in the experience may represent future tiers or upcoming milestones, but only vouchers visible and available in your Rewards tab are redeemable.
Does the Artistry Collective Include Free Shipping?
Free shipping is not automatically included as part of the Artistry Collective program.
However:
- Morphe offers free standard U.S. shipping on orders $35+
- The $35 minimum must be met after all discounts or vouchers are applied
- If your order total drops below $35 after using a voucher, standard shipping will apply
Standard shipping for U.S. orders under the free‑shipping threshold is $6.95.
Why Did Free Shipping Disappear at Checkout?
Free shipping can be removed when:
- A voucher or discount lowers your order subtotal below $35
- Multiple promotions are not eligible to be combined
This is expected behavior and does not indicate an error.
Is There a Free Shipping Code for Creators?
At this time:
- There is no universal free‑shipping code for Artistry Collective members
- Shipping eligibility is based on your order subtotal after discounts
If a free shipping reward is available to you, it will appear directly in your Rewards tab.
What If My Voucher Is Missing or Not Working?
If your voucher does not appear in your Rewards tab, or you see an error when applying it at checkout, please visit your Morphe Artistry Collective dashboard and use the Help button so our Support team can take a closer look.
