How do I check the status of my return?Updated 6 months ago

We're here to help you track your return! If you've recently returned an item to Morphe and are wondering about the status of your return and refund, follow the steps below to get the latest updates.


1. Confirm Your Return Shipment

Before checking the status of your return with us, make sure your return has been shipped back to our warehouse. You should have received a return tracking number from the carrier used to send your package. If you haven't shipped the item yet, please send it back to us following the return instructions provided.


2. Track Your Return Shipment

Once you've shipped the return, use the tracking number provided by your carrier to see if it has been delivered to our warehouse. Here’s how to do it:

  • Check with the carrier: Visit the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) and enter the tracking number to see the shipment status.


3. Processing Timeline

After we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed. During this time, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange based on your original request.


4. Refund Timing

Once the return is processed refunds may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method. Some banks and credit card companies may take longer depending on their policies.


5. Contact Us for Further Assistance

If your return has been delivered to our warehouse and it has been more than 7 business days without receiving confirmation or a refund, please reach out to us with the following information so we can investigate:

  • Return tracking number
  • Carrier used (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS)
  • Date the return was shipped
  • Order number
