We understand that mistakes happen and plans can change!
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact Customer Support within 30 minutes of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note:
- We’re unable to modify items or quantities once an order is placed. If changes are needed, the order must be cancelled in full, and a new one can be placed.
- Once an order has past 30 minutes, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Our Customer Service team is not available on weekends and any requests submitted outside business hours will be addressed in the order they’re received.
